Estelle just finished up her cath today. Dr Evans (cards) said Estelle did great. She is in recovery right now, so hopefully we will be able to see her soon. The cath showed no blockages, and no real leakage from her mitral valve. This is wonderful!! Prayers have been answered!
The plan: Dr Gilliam had talked to Estelle and Bobby before the cath. He said if they did not find anything structurally wrong in the cath, then he would plan to place a defibrillator tomorrow. This means, if everything continues to go well....there could be a possible discharge by Friday? I will keep your posted.
Many of you have offered to help when they get home....so I will keep you posted.
